These were 2 out of the 13 Brownie Girl Scouts that made a pillow case for the Stitch It Together Try-It

This student drafted and sewed up this red flannel shirt and a fleece blanket

These are 2 out of 10 Brownie Girl Scouts that made a nightgown, pillow, sleeping eye mask and two quilt squares for the two quilts you see below.  They earned the Stitch It Together and Art to Wear Try-It.

These memory quilts were a gift to the Brownie Girl Scout Troop Leader and Co-Leader.  During the sewing session each Girl Scout sewed up a block and had their picture ironed to the center.

This unisex shirt is the first project in my sewing curriculum that boys (ages 7-12) learn to draft and sew up.

Girls (ages 7-12) learn how to draft and sew up this shirt as their third project.

These skirts are the first projects in my sewing curriculum that girls (kids and teens/adults) learn to draft and sew up.

This student demonstrates the simple process of creating a garment.

Step 1: Draft and cut out your pattern;  Step 2: Select, preshrink, and iron your fabric;  Step 3: Cut out your garment pieces;  Step 4:  Sew it up!

Redesigning a pair of torn pants into shorts and two purses.

These students are modeling the pajama pant and A-line skirt.

These pajama pants are the fifth project of the Girls Level 1 curriculum
