How To Register
Please follow the following steps to register for fashion design and sewing lessons.
1. Carefully read the "Policy Form."
2. Then call or e-mail April Pizzagoni to confirm that there is space in the class and to hold your spot.
3. After calling or e-mailing, fill out the registration form (titled "Reg. Form") and mail, along with your 50% non-refundable deposit (the remaining 50% can be paid on or before the first day of class), to the address I will provide to you when we communicate in step 2. Checks are made payable to: April Pizzagoni. Register at least one week prior to the date you wish to start.
* For Students interested in a "one time private" lesson, payment is to be made in full one week prior to the date. No refund will be given for a missed or canceled lesson.
